Some of us are on the dark side of 50 and are already "old"....but that doesn't mean we need to have our soft food and strained beets rubbed in our denture filled faces....

Yet....

Gotta run, my Depends are leaking again.....

looks like my insensitive nature got the best of me again. i extend my heart-felt apologies to your leaky Depends, lame ancient ass. Maybe your Depends woudn't leak so much if you laid off the strained beets and bound yourself up a bit with some thinly sliced and then mushed-up cheese. Plus, laying off the beets would make your poop less red and you wouldn't have to get paranoid that you blew out a hemmoroid or something.

Hmmm...time? Faster than light...hmmm.

OK, near as I can tell, if I turn off the light, I won't age?

Outstanding!

Thx for that tip.

And, congrats to the little ones--er, teenagers sorts--but I am still not clear who "Jim" is, or was, or will be...? "Season" suggests sports related, I suppose. Boston beaner mayhaps?

I saw some idiot predicted Lakers vs Celtics in the finals; you guys are doing better than I expected, but not sure we'll make it there ourselves...besides, if any more Lakers whack anyone else, I may have to rethink this (though I am certain they learned all they know about dirty play from the Pistons and/or the Celts...righ?).

;)

Mr. Tell, you are indeed ageless - lightswitch or no lightswitch :)

another Celtics/Lakers rematch in the Finals would be sweeeet!! Like you, I am somewhat in doubt that either of those teams will be left standing come the Finals.

(and yeah, i am still trying to figure out who this "Jim" is too - i just felt like responding to the post since it had the words "happy" and "birthday" in the subject line)

True. But he much more handsome with the lights out
from what I hear. Perhaps there is a benefit to living
in the dark...

HAHAHA...
Perhaps a relocation is what is needed:

edit~
Among the most unusual causes of power outages in 2011:

•Spokane, Wash.: Strong winds picked up a trampoline and dropped it into a substation.
•East Missoula, Mont.: A bald eagle dropped a deer carcass onto a power line
•Salt Lake City, Utah: A paraglider got tangled in a power line (the paraglider survived)
~Somewhere in AZ: A sex starved woman cut every power line
within 11 miles of her and husbands home

Ha--although I am not sure the wife wouldn't just as soon put the effort into having me wear one of those MI masks like Tom Cruise, except she prefers the ones for the entire body.

Well, I trust the young woman (I hope I didn't cause your brain to just spasm) will have a fine birthday indeed.

I have a 14 year old too. He often is quite amazed at how far his parents have gotten in life regardless of our obvious stupidity. The first 15 seconds of this clip I am going to utilize if needs be. 30! Try 19.

You seem to be just a bit confused. You youngsters are the ones with popcorn farts(dry and dusty). When you get to my age you never pass a bathroom and you never trust a fart.

Do you have your own action figure? They are about to release mine.

I can relate. I seem to be getting that "look" a lot lately, too - from a 19 year old.
